Cousin Drew was nice enough to share his football with joey, while hailey held him.

2 teeth!

After numerous attempts, i have finally captured joey's teeth on camera!

You would think that we were going to be gone a month, with the car loaded up with a stroller, pack and play, food, bottles, clothes, a baby and us! Derek was on long weekend so we went and stayed on Canal Park. Joey got to walk the lake walk, see his first ship come under the lift bridge, see the beach where daddy proposed to mommy, and have his friend Leo come down to swim in the pool. Joey liked splashing in the pool, even though it was brief. He did so well, I couldn't believe how easy he went down to bed. Must have been all the fresh air. We had a great time, and thanks to Lindsey, Brian, Grandma B and Grandpa P for dog sitting.

Does the Tooth Fairy come when you get teeth?

Okay, I know you can't tell from this picture, but underneath Joey's tongue to the left, he has a tooth!! We went to the doctor on Thursday and he felt and said, "probably not for awhile," and today he was smiling and I looked, and sure enough, the sharp little thing is poking through!!

The First Casualty

Well... this poor duck lost its nose.. We made it almost six months without the dogs eating one of Joey's toys.. until Bentley got a hold of the bathtime rubber duck...

Six Month check up

Joey went to the doctor today. He is 18 pounds and 2 ounces, the 75th %, and 26 inches long,is 50th %. He had to get shots so it was a rough day. He took a good nap this afternoon though.

My new John Deere hat and mittons

Grandma and Grandpa bought Joey this super warm outfit (which we've already used a bunch on our walks) at the harvest moon festival in Ely.

Oh Canada

Our friends the Doberstein's from Canada, that we met in Arizona sent Joey his first canadian outfit!! Thanks so much guys! We miss you!

Labor Day!

So, I know i've been posting a lot... Derek worked a double today, and he's been on afternoons, so i've been blogging... Joey and i went up to the lake today and hung out with the fam. Joey got to bond with auntie binzer and brian. happy fall!

Happy Labor Day Weekend! We were at the Burgess' for Jenny and Josh's wedding party. Look close at Jenny's shirt. She has some big news!!! Binzer was excited to see all her family. Yummy food, good weather and great company!
