Livie and Tony meet Joey!

Livie and TOny got to meet Joey tonight. They were up visiting their grandparents, so we got to go to auntie sally's and have spaghetti to celebrate their birthdays. Livie and Tony (and Shelley)chanted "we want our cake!" after dinner.

Because then we can hang out at the cabin like this and relax! And then we can take rides on the gator, its Gram and Gramps favorite thing to do!!! And then we can eat yummy food like BBQ ribs like we did yesterday......

Mama's first day back at work

Today i went back to work. Joey got to stay home with daddy, they had a really fun day.
It wasn't so bad, i came home at lunch, the day went by fast. One of the little girls i see said "shelley i missed you sooo much!"

I'm a biker?

Bentley is not so sure his boy should be on a Harley at 3 months of age. But Grandpa said he's going to get Joey a side care... hmmm....

From Alaska to Italy

Joey met cousin Nathan tonight. He was stationed at the North Pole and is now moving to Italy with his wife Michelle for 3 years. Nathan flew his Champ from Alaska to MN, so we got to see him tonight for about an hour.

No more pink Nuk!!!

Gone is the Nuk. Joey now loves to suck on his hand, and he makes lots of noise! He is three months today. I loved both pictures, so had to put them both on.

New P.J's

Joey got new big boy P.J's. I found him in his crib last night turned around at the end of the crib, totally not in the position I put him in when he went to sleep. He;s growing up so fast!

Grandma B, Joey and I went to stay with Erin and JEff, along with auntie sally, so I could go to Albertville and buy new work clothes. I think Joey ended up with more than I did.

Joey's friend Leo Johnson was trying so hard to wake him up. He un-velcroed his shoes, tried releasing the belt, and tried to climb in with Joey!

Great Grandma

We went to go visit Grandma Aysta today. Unfortunately she has dementia and doesn't recognize anyone, but we brightened her day with Joey. I asked if she wanted to hold him and she said "yes," followed by "he's heavy!"

Joey and I went to visit Zachary Anderson (Angie and Lane Anderson) the other day. Joey is five weeks to the day older than Zach. These are the two newest Iron Range Rehab Center babies. Angie and I were probably very entertaining to watch wobbling around work and trying to fit through doorways together while pregnant. The boys are wearing their matching Twins hats!

Nature walk

We went and stayed at the lake last night. Mom and dad have been clearing trails, so we took a hike back in the woods. Joey was taking it all in.
