All together. We had supper together out at my mom and dad's to celebrate lindsey and brian's new adventure to Hilo Hawaii. Hopefully we will be able to brave the long flight with two small kids. we're hoping to go this spring. they did make it there safely. we are waiting for pictures!!! blog soon peeps!

the road trip to deerwood... this weekend was dan and becky's wedding. we headed off to deerwood saturday morning, and took a wrong turn in aitkin that added over an hour to our trip. we were able to stop for lunch at my friend johnna's house, who i haven't seen in 3 1/2 years. thanks for lunch johnna! your girls are beautiful.
next stop...wedding celebration! here is grandpa paul pedaling like crazy on the water bike.. i kind of wish the music form the wizard of oz was playing when he was biking..he totally looked like the lady pedaling her bike.

congrats again to dan and becky. what a great day and weekend!! it was so nice to see everyone. i love getting together with our family. and i think the slide show demonstrated how much we mean to eachother too. cousins for life! xo

Happy 5 months Audrey!

We had a fun few days at the lake with grandma, grandpa, and auntie and uncle. Joey loves staying at the lake!
Uncle's killer moves off the dock. Lindsey's friend Alaina (who is dating Jake Burgess) came to visit on Sunday. For some reason I had the drive to want to swim out to the small island in front of the cabin. Alaina holds records at Hamline for swimming, and she was the only other one who would brave the cold water, boats, and muskie's for the challenge. We made it, there and back, with our canoe escort of binz and brian. I swam a combination of the breast stroke, crawl and doggie paddle. I'm sore.. Alaina kicked my butt..i may have hung on to the canoe at the end..but the challenge was conquered!

Staying in the shade. Audrey is on her antibiotics and can't be in the sun due to photosensitivity, so it has been challenging trying to entertain a 3 year old and keep a baby out of the sun..during the hottest, sunniest summer we've ever had!!!
