Joey's been getting brave and trying to "skate" without his trainer. He even got to watch the end of the movie "Miracle" the other day...I went to the library to see if they had the Mighty Ducks..thank goodness for interlibrary loan! i think it might be coming from Cloquet!

We went out to my parents on Tuesday, but before we left, Joey had to put a pair of shorts on over his pants (breezers) so he looked like a hockey player.

Jan 23rd

Sorry for the delay in blog posts..There are 2 things in this family that we usually have to replace every year, one is the vaccuum cleaner (due to the voracious amount of dog hair we deal with) and the 2nd is my camera. Sure enough, 2 wks ago I dropped it and ruined the screen. So I finally went to Andrew's Camera's and got my self a new camera. Nothing fancy, because I will probably end up dropping this one too at some point.

Trying to break up these below zero days with different things...bubbles were a fun treat!

Happy 10 month birthday to Audrey today. She's still working on teeth, and loves climbing the stairs!

We finally got to see baby Alice again, I hadn't seen her since the Johnson's came home from the hospital. Audrey and Alice are exactly 8 months apart.

Bentley boy will be 6. Happy January. Hopefully it will warm up soon..I can only make so many obstacle courses in my living room, Joey can only run/bike so many circles in the basement, and I'm getting sick of running on the treadmill. Come on temps..even 20 would be a heat wave!

Ringing in the New Year 2011

We had the 2nd annual Aho family New Year's Eve extravaganza! Well, not quite. We cooked up some crab legs, which Joey at least tried. And then polished it off with a root beer float (in a bowl!) I was sleeping by 9:30. I think Derek's exact words were "boy have times changed!" But I wouldn't want to be anywhere else or with anyone else. I love my boys.

Yea!! She climbed up this first step and thought she was hot stuff! Joey has been really loving his sister lately. His new nickname for her is "Odge". "Come on Odge!" I have caught him a few times, picking her up and carrying her. What a good helper I have!!

Audrey has 2 teeth! She has been refusing baby food. She is way too cool for that. She won't let me feed her either. I guess this girl has some spunk and independence. We don't call her our little princess, we call her our little diva!
