A few weeks back, I braved taking the kids to Duluth by myself. We stopped at the zoo for about 45 minutes, and then Joey said "Mom, I'm starving!"

So off to McDonald's we went, and had a picnic at the Rose Garden. All was good until the seagulls became aggressive, because they wanted Joey's fries.

(sorry for out of order, I'm blogging quick before work). We stopped by the farm animals at the zoo, and Joey saw the donkey, "It's like on Shrek mom!"

Hanging out at Julie and Kevin's cabin with Leo and Clark. The kids saw a bunny in the yard, and were so excited!!

Picking blueberries at our secret spot with Grandpa Paul, a few were ready, hopefully in the next week we will be able to get more.

The busy observer.

Leo and Joey digging holes in the sand, at Sand Lake.

Last weekend my co-workers, and good friends, Kelly and Angie and I were supposed to go to Katy Perry, but she cancelled the concert due to food poisoning. We went anyway, shopped at Southdale Mall, and then to Hard Rock Cafe, to people watch. We had a fun, low key girls night.

Joey learned to ride his bike without training wheels!!! In a matter of about a week, he has mastered riding his bike on the sidewalk, not sure if we are ready for the road yet, but we'll keep practicing!

..after picking blueberries, Audrey dumped the tupperwear container of blueberries all over the back of my truck, oh fun times!
