Joey had his orientation for School Readiness on Monday, Wednesday is his first day! I only teared up a little bit. He said "I didn't like it, I loved it!" He will be taking a Suburban from day care to school for 3 hours, Mondays and Wednesdays.

We used a reward chart to try and encourage some positive behavior, and decrease the stress at bedtime. Joey filled up his chart and earned a fish. He named it Derek. It is a blue and white Betta fish..




We had a lunch date at the park this week, and Audrey enjoyed her chocolate cupcake!

Happy Labor Day

Joey helping me blanch tomatoes from our garden to freeze. It was the first time I've ever done this, and I was very proud of ourselves. We have also been making cucumber dip and zucchini bread from the veggies in our garden. Now on to pesto!
Our first football game of the season was last Friday. We had to put on our VHS wear and support Coach Ed.
