Christmas Eve was at the Aho's. Grandma Nancy joined Joey in baby prison! This toy will come in handy when I have to go to the bathroom!
Even Bentley and Winfrey got presents... They had a blast running at Grandma and Grandpa's.. (sorry about the snow everywhere Grandma)
The engaged couple! Look close you can see her super cool pearl ring! Welcome to the family Brian! Lindsey and Brian composed 3 songs for Joey and one for Derek and made a CD for Joey. They included "when you're old enough" and "Joey in the sauna". It is a priceless gift that will be cherished forever. Thanks so much you guys.
Grandma and Grandpa got Joey his first John Deere tractor! I'm sure he'll be pushing it around soon!
Joey is nine months old today! It's a big month.. He has been recovering well from his first case of the flu, his auntie Binzer became engaged, he is going to celebrate his first Christmas, and move in to 2008! Joey is crawling all over, eating more finger foods, harassing the dogs, and entertaining his family! Joey made the reindeer antlers at daycare. He is growing up way too fast!
We went to the 8th floor at Macy's where they had it decorated like the nutcracker. Joey was a little tired, but in awe of all the lights and music. Thanks Erin, Jeff and Celia!!!
Maggie was home from Italy for her grandpa's funeral, but we were able to get together with Julie and visit. 
Maggie was able to meet Joey for the first time!
Ed also came over, Joey enjoyed chewing on his finger! Ouch!
We went shopping for our tree....
..in a blizzard! The tree managed to stay tied to the roof of the Explorer. We told the guy we didn't have far to go, and he said "Do you know how many times I've heard that?" As you can see it has been snowing like crazy all day long.

Happy 8 months Joey! We ran out to Grandma and Grandpa's to say hi and run the dogs. Joey had a good time patting Grandpa's belly! He is really funny and loves to laugh!
Joey has learned how to get up on all fours... now i have to figure out how to not be underlined...
Joey hadn't been eating really well, and I didn't know if it was because he had a cold, he was teething, or he just wanted to do it himself.... well I think he got some of it in his mouth, and what he didn't, the dogs helped clean up!
We had a very fun first Halloween. Joey's friends Will and Leo stopped by, the Lion was a popular costume. Derek had today off, so we were able to hang out tonight and hand out candy.
Ernie and Celia came over for a play date today. Celia just wanted to give Joey some love, but he wasn't too thrilled with her attempts. Celia got to experience the joy of having a puppy (or small sized lion) as a pet. We were amazed at how not afraid she was of Bentley. He is a huge dog, and Celia would go right up to him and hug his face. He is our gentle giant, and takes a lot of fur pulling from Joey. Thanks for coming over Cousin Erin and Celia. Celia is hilarious and had both Derek and I in tears from laughing!!
