Joey got to spend a fun day and night with daddy, while mom went to Duluth with her friends from work to run the Fitger's 5K. Everyone did really great, and after we went shopping, then back to our hotel to get ready for dinner at the Olive Garden, and then a night out on the town. Which.. made me feel really old! Grandma's and the Tap Room just aren't quite the same any more. Derek drove down this morning, and we went to check out lindsey and brian's apartment. We took a little drive up to Brighton Beach and then back home.

Nice running ladies. Nothing like a little run and then a nice meal and many, many, glasses of wine. You gals are true RANGE ATHLETES.
