the flu =(

no new pics, sorry. Joey is getting over the stomach flu. he threw up at 4th grade basketball practice, all over derek, and then me the rest of the night (Thursday). i think there should be a club, the "I survived my child having the flu" club. i must say, these last few days have been the most challenging. i feel so bad for my toddler. he is coming around though. Derek was on midnights, and did his best to get jammies, cups, and extra blankets ready. by 2:00 a.m. joey and i had been in the tub twice, the bathroom was stacked full of dirty laundry, and i was on the verge of a panic attack, but we survived. he's just been really tired. any day that no one throws up is a good day...

Oh for nasty! That sounds terrible. I am hoping by the time we experience our first flu Celia will have good bucket aim. Ga-ROSS. Hope you are all catching up on lost sleep and as much as we miss you, stay away from Elk River!! :) Get well soon Little Buddy...

I hope you feel better soon! It's tough enough taking care of ourselves and our kids when we're healthy! Sending sunshine from Cali your way...

Joey, tell your mama to feed you spinach! You need to get strong to fight off all those nasty germs that love you. Wish I could take you to the park for a couple of hours and give your mom and much-needed break...maybe this summer!!!
p.s. that includes ice cream, too!

Boy, Derek's 4th grade practice must be really bad to get Joey so sick. Forget the drills Derek, scrimmage, scrimmage and more scrimmage.

Try feeding Joey some good Italian food for a change. My Aunt Gloria has a great Italian drink to fix a upset stomach. Ask Sally T. what the name is. I think it is called fixabellyacheO...
