We took my co-worker Rick's advice and let Joey wear his skates in the living room on the carpet. He did much better!

Great idea! So glad he didn't shred your carpeting to bits...and it looks like he can take a nap in the tent when he gets tired...cool! Make sure your daddy shows you how to shoot WITHOUT raising the puck while your inside...it's a pain in the neck to patch holes in the walls...spoken from experience!
You da man Joey! Hockey played in 72 degrees, no wind, food near by in the fridge. It does not get much better than that. Let me know what your Mom says when you break your first lamp. My Mom was a bit angry.
