What a great way to start Memorial weekend! We went up to Ely to the Basswood Lake hiking trail with the two Peterson families and the Johnson gang. It was perfect weather!

I was impressed with the kids ability to hike up these rocky hills!
It was the best day ever because we ordered out from Sir G's and had a picnic in the park, followed up by a trip to the Wolf Center to see the pups. Busy day!

What a wonderful way to spend the day!!! It is so beautiful up there, I could spend every day hiking in those woods.
Sounds like a perfect day! Fresh air, great friends, beautiful scenery, good food and pooped out kids!
