4:39 was our chip time, still smiling after the race..not so much last night..a little sore, but so worth all the hard work!! Thank you to Derek, for being patient, while I go to bed at 9:oo, and wake up at 4:45 to go run. I promise its your turn now...go Golfing! Happy Father's Day!

First off I want to say terrific blog! I had a quick question that I'd like to ask if you don't mind.
I was interested to know how you center yourself and clear your head prior to writing.
I have had difficulty clearing my mind in getting my thoughts out.
I do enjoy writing however it just seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes are generally wasted simply just trying to figure out how to begin.
